RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your Kind Co pieces however we aim for everything to be exactly right for you, so if you require an exchange or refund, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your purchase wasn’t suitable, it’s super easy for you to exchange or refund. See the step by step policy below.

All we ask is for you to return the original package to us with your name and order number noted inside. The returns address is displayed on the front shipping label of your parcel however if you have misplaced this, just get in touch!
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We cannot accept returns on items that are not sent back in a perfect condition and do not have the original tags attached. Returned items of this nature will not be sent back to the customer unless they pay postage costs. Please note that in no circumstances will we accept returned items which have been washed or worn .
Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to be paid by you. We aim for a confirmation email of receiving your return to be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving back with us. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to show in your account.
I do my best to dispatch all non-personalised items within 1-2 working days.
If two weeks has passed and you have not received your order, then please contact us immediately so we can track your item .
